Cynthia Lynne Vincent Peters, 50, of Elizabethtown, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. She was born on Aug. 3, 1963, in Louisville.She was preceded in death by her father, Robert G. Vincent Sr., and a brother, Robert G. Vincent Jr.She is survived by a daughter, Sarah Banker of Cecilia; a son, Stephen Nall of Elizabethtown, her mother, Virginia Kendall; brothers Jeremy Hatfield of Elizabethtown, and Charles Vincent of North Carolina; sisters Virginia Hager of Elizabethtown, Roberta Runningen of Upton, Trina Foody of South Carolina; and several special aunts.The funeral is at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Kenneth Merritt officiating.Cremation follows the service.Visitation is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The family request memorial contributions be given to Manakee Funeral Home, 2098 Leitchfield Road, Elizabethtown, KY 42701.
