LEE Crystie Elizabeth Lee of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2002, following a sudden illness. She was born on September 24, 1979. Crystie received Christ into her life at an early age, and was a current member of Bethel Baptist Institutional Church. Crystie was the daughter of William & Gwendolyn Lee-Green and Curtis & Juanita Lee. She was deeply loved and touched the hearts of many. Crystie graduated from Stanton College Prepatory School, Class of 1997, where she was an active member of the band. She received her AA degree from Florida Community College of Jacksonville and was a senior at the University of North Florida majoring in Health Management. She was employed for several years at the Clearview Townhouse and was a certified volunteer with the Duval County Health Department. She leaves behind her beloved and devoted parents, grandmother, Henrietta Ponder, sisters, Darlene Green, Sheryl (Tyrone) Stanley, brothers, Carl (Pauline) Green, Cedrick Green, Uncles; David (Marie) Tarver, Thomas (Bernetha) Tarver, James Tarver and John Tarver. Aunts; Paula (Willie) Seabrooks, Martha Tarver, Mary (David) Manigault, special cousins Alayna Tarver, Terrell Tarver, Glenish (Freddie) Kitt, a devoted friend Thomas Dates, Special friends Everett Williams, Iris Harris, Tegjula Burt, Barbara Baker, Evelyn Fuller, Wayne McNeil, Shirley Jackson, Juanita Powell-Williams, Earline Burt and a host of other family members and friends. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 23, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Institutional Church, 215 Bethel Baptist St., Jacksonville, Florida Dr. Rudolph W. McKissick, Sr. and Dr. Rudolph W. McKissick, Jr. pastors. The late Crystie Elizabeth Lee will rest in the mortuary for visitation of friends this evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and in the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service.
