Cora Eulalia Williams, age 78, of Ozark, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2009. She was born April 4, 1930, in Thorpe, Missouri, the daughter of James and Cora Lee (Dane) Miller. She was united in marriage to Junior Therwin Williams on May 19, 1947. He preceded her in death after 56 years of marriage. Mrs. Williams was a member of Selmore Baptist Church. She and her husband owned and operated Ozark Dinner House before retirement. As her children were growing up in Springfield, she served as PTA President. Her family was the love of her life, and they will all miss her greatly. Survivors include eight children and their spouses, J. R. and Joan Williams, Kathy and J.L. Meadors, Marjorie Sexton, Keith and Becky Williams, DeWayne and Tina Williams, Tonya and Marty Mowan, Paul Williams, and Bruce and Sally Williams; 27 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Arthur Eugene Williams; a son-in-law, Tim Sexton; two grandchildren, Michael Aerhart and Rachel Sexton; a brother, John A. Miller; and infant sister, Mary Elizabeth Miller. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, February 3, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastor Josh Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Selmore Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until service time on Tuesday. Friends may also call at the funeral home for viewing from noon until 8 p.m. on Monday.
