SMITH _ Constance (Connie) nee Tracy. Born October 11, 1917 in Halifax. Connie was a lifetime member of the PEO Sisterhood Chapter AE, Vancouver, Captain of the York Central Escort Service at York Central Hospital for many years. At the York Central Hospital, Richmond Hill on Friday September 13, 2002. Connie is survived by her husband Charlie, of 58 years. Daughter Susan and her husband Richard Harding, their children Michael and Heather (husband Steven) and great-grandson Cameron of Vancouver. Daughter Jennifer and her husband William Hughes, their children Alexandra and Kathleen of Peterborough. Son Tracy and his wife Caroline Greenland, their children Rachael and Simon of Aurora. Brother George Tracy and his wife Mary of Concord, New Hampshire. Also many nieces and nephews, along with many friends. Connie will be lovingly remembered for being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. A Memorial Service to celebrate Connie's life will be held at the Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill on Wednesday September 18th at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Arthritis Society or the charity of your choice.
