Claude Hamilton MONTICELLO – Claude Hamilton, 75, who retired from the City of Tallahassee, Streets and Drainage Department, died Sunday, March 22, 2009, in Tallahassee, Fla. The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. EDT Friday, March 27, at Faith Christian Family Center. Strong & Jones Funeral Home (850-224-2139) is handling arrangements.Born in Donalsonville, Ga., he had lived in New Jersey for 25 years. Survivors include his wife, Ella Hamilton of Monticello; sons, Gilton, Barry, Ronald, Andrew, Christopher and Elias; daughters, Janet, Ann, Debra, Beverly, Genesia and Tamika; four brothers, Bobby, Leroy, Joseph and Daniel; sisters, Willie Mae and West; 32 grandchildren; and a host of other family.
