Clara Mae Cox, 83, of Louisville, died Wednesday at Norton Southwest Hospital. She was the former Clara Simpson, a native of Barren County, KY, a former employee of Finger Paper Box Co. and attended Maryville Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Cox, and her son, Donnie Cox. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Richard Engle; grandchildren, Sheri Inclan, Carla Kristiansen, Doug Engle, Mike Cox and Angey Daniels; daughter-in-law, Bobbie Cox; sister, Emma Bellamy; and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2003, at Evergreen Funeral Home, with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday.
