Cindy Jane Johnson December 11, 1968 - November 27, 2008 Born December 11, 1968 at Lethbridge, Alberta, Cindy was raised in Pincher Creek, AB. After graduating from high school in 1985 Cindy went on to take her nurses training at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, AB., where she worked for 10 years. She also worked at the Delta Hospital in Tsawwassen, B.C. for 2 1/2 years where she resided. Cindy passed away peacefully at the Delta Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 39. Cindy leaves to mourn her passing, Daryl her devoted, loving husband of 16 years, and their three beautiful children, Lynden, Teegan and Sarah-Jane, of Tsawwassen. Her mother and father, Harold and Kathie Lewis of Pincher Creek, AB. Her brothers and sisters, Merlin & (Ronda) Lewis of Pincher Creek, AB., Gary (Barb) Lewis of Pincher Creek, AB., Sheila (Evan) Redel of Westlock, AB., Bonnie (Arne) Insco of Sherwood Park, AB., Byron (Cindy) Lewis of Ripon, WI. Her Grandmother, Mary Lewis of Pincher Creek. AB., Father and Mother-in-Law, Merv and Phyllis Johnson of White Rock, B.C., numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sister-in-laws and friends. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff at the Delta Hospital. In lieu of flowers please send donations on Cindy's behalf to the Delta Hospital. Cindy will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Cindy's caring, loving heart reached out to many people who will remember her and be inspired by her life. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 10:00 AM, lunch to follow South Delta Baptist Church Main Auditorium, 1988 56th Street, Tsawwassen, B.C. Main Auditorium
