Christine V. 'Chris' WestBeloved Wife, Mother, Sister, and Grandmother LOWELL -- Christine V. 'Chris' (Carroll) West, 81, of Lowell, died after a brief illness, Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Willow Manor Nursing Home. She was the beloved wife of Francis G. West Sr., with whom she would have celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary September 9, 2013.Born October 25, 1931, in Lowell, she was a daughter of the late Frank J. Carroll and the late Mary E. (Clifford) Carroll, attended the Immaculate Conception School and attended Lowell High School.She resided in the Christian Hill section of Lowell and was employed as a binder for 26 years for Sullivan Brothers Printing. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, and making dolls.In addition to her husband, Francis, she is survived by a daughter, Judith Denesha and her husband, Steve of New Mexico; a sister, Frances Carroll of Dracut; four grandchildren, Angela Bustos and her husband, Alex of Oceanside, CA, Thomas Denesha of Oakland, CA, Brandy Klapik and her husband, Scott of East Hartford, CT, and Sabrina Girard and her husband, Eric of West Unicasville, CT; three great-grandchildren, Alexis Bustos of Oceanside, CA, and Noah & Aislinn Klapik of East Hartford, CT; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.She was also the mother of the late Francis West Jr. who passed away in May of 2012; and sister of the late Thomas Carroll, the late Marie Gasper, and the late Constance Shea.WEST -- AT HER REQUEST CALLING HOURS HAVE BEEN OMITTED.
