SMITH Christine Smith, age 93, a longtime resident of Stratford, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at Lord Chamberlain Nursing Center, Stratford. She was born March 13, 1915 in Bridgeport to the late Lauren and Christina Marshall Smith. Ms. Smith was an executive secretary working for GE, Casco and retiring with Sun Chemical in 1980. She was an avid duplicate bridge player and member of the Bridgeport Bridge Club for more than 25 years. The arrangements are in the care of Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford.
