CASHER - Christine Elizabeth, (October 6, 1982 - March 12, 2013). Christie of Long Beach, New York, passed away after a courageous battle against cancer. She is survived by her husband Mark Davies, parents Laura and Daniel, siblings Laura, Daniel and Sarah Jane, and grandmother Laura McCrossen. Christie was a NYC teacher whose wit and intellect were matched only by her creativity and passion for life. She made the world a better place. Repose will be held Thursday March 14th from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at Vanella's Funeral Chapel - 2860 Long Beach Rd., Oceanside, NY. Funeral Mass at St, Ignatius Martyr, Long Beach, NY on Friday March 15th at 10AM.
