Christine Anderson (nee Roickle), former long-time Ossining resident, died in Hudson Florida December 17, 2003 at age 85. Mrs. Anderson was cherished by family and friends and is remembered for her friendly nature and optimistic outlook. She was a devout parishioner of St. Augustine's Church. In 1941 she married Kenneth Anderson who died in 1970. She worked until retirement for a local insurance agency. She was also predeceased by son William and wife, Carolyn. Mrs. Anderson is survived by son Robert, wife Neva, and other family members-Caryn and Alex Fischer, William Anderson, Kenneth Anderson, Lisa, Phil and Gabrielle Cecere, Geraldine Anderson, Audrey and Joseph Tobin, Arthur Anderson, Mary and Michael Binchy and Michael Zelenz. A brief service will be held at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery on May 13 at 11:00am.
