Charlotte Jane (Sharon) Moore, 74, of Republic, Mo., went to be with her Lord on Monday, May 24, 2010. She was born and raised in Mt. Vernon, Mo., on October 20, 1935, the daughter of Loy Sharon and Mary Jones Sharon. Charlotte graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 1953. There she met her husband, Eual Thomas Moore and they were married on March 13, 1957, in Honolulu, Hawaii. She worked as a Nurse's aid in her earlier years and as a cook for Heritage Cafeteria for 13 years. Charlotte was a member of the First Baptist Church in Republic, Mo. Among her many hobbies, Charlotte loved to sing, enjoyed nature and all it had to offer and reading a good book. She adored being with her family. Charlotte is survived by her husband, Eual Moore; one daughter, Sharon Moore of Nixa, Mo.; her father, Loy F. Sharon and his wife Sherry of Mt. Vernon; granddaughter, Laura Pritchett and her husband Travis of Clever, Mo.; two great-granddaughters, Makenzie and Skyler Pritchett; one half-sister, Ruth Ellen Smith of Phoenix, Ariz. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jones Sharon. She will forever be in our hearts. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 27, 2010, in First Baptist Church in Republic, Mo. Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m., Thursday prior to services. Burial will be in Summit Baptist Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, Mo.
