February 28, 2008 Charlotte Proper Anderson, 83, of Fayetteville, passed away Thursday at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Newport, Rhode Island. She graduated from Fayetteville High School and later graduated from Boston General with a degree in nursing. Charlotte was a surgical nurse and private duty nurse and later was a charge nurse at local nursing homes. She was the former treasurer for the Central New York Nurses Association. She was predeceased by her husband, Julius E. Anderson, in 1979. Survivors: her nieces, Bonnie Crowe of West Monroe and Linda Chalk of Jackson, MS; a nephew, Eric Eller of Norfolk, VA; and several great-nieces, -nephews and cousins.
