ObituaryCharle T. (Tom) Pauley, age 81, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2002 at his home after a long illness. He was born in Middletown, NY to Charles and Frances Pauley (deceased). He was predeceased by his wife Sarah in 1986. Mr. Pauley is survived by his wife Patricia; children, John (Francine) Ponte Verda, FL, Michael (Kris) Myrtle Beach, SC, and Judy (Richard) Markovich, Lee's Summit, MO; three grandchilren, David (Jonita) Pauley, Miranda (Rick) Boso, and Jessie Pauley; a sister, Lois Bass, Knoxville, TN; six step-children, and eleven step-grandchildren. Mr. Pauley was a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a veteran of World War II, serving as a Captain the Phillipines. He had distinguished 43 year career as an Executive Systems Engineer with East-Kodak Co. In 1983 he retired to Fort Myers. Mr. Pauley was a past member and President of the Hideaway Country Club, and a past member of Whiskey Creek Country Club. Private services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2002 at Horizon Funeral Home & Cremation Center and conducted by Priests from St. Luke's Episcopal Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church Stephen Ministry. Cremation arrangements entrusted to:
