He was born on November 13, 1934 in Elsberry, Missouri to the late Charles P. Johnson and Augusta Marie Corbin Johnson. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 24, 2012 from 2-4 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Interment at a later date in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY.Charles was a retired U.S. Army Veteran having served 22 years in the Army. He was also a retired employee of the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System Transportation Department. He was a member of Senior Citizens, enjoyed bowling, and loved his family and grandchildren.He is survived by his lovely wife of 43 years, Linda Johnson of Clarksville, TN; son, Michael C.
