JOHNSON, Charles1923 - 2015Peacefully on September 28, 2015 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Norma Johnson, nee Favretto, for 29 years whose life together has been a true romance. Charles was a loving stepfather to Frank (Caroline); father-in-law to Shelley Ferri (Kevin) and incredible grandfather to Steve (Katia) and Julia. He also leaves behind a number of wonderful nephews and nieces who live in Rawdon. His four brothers and one sister predeceased him. Charles was a proud Canadian veteran of D-Day in WWII and spent most of his working career at Ciba- Geigy. Charles will always be remembered as a loving, honest and caring man who spoke positively of everyone in his life. The void he leaves in all of our lives is immeasurable. A Celebration of Charles'' Life will be held on October 2, 2015 at 8 p.m., visitations from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Feron/Urgel Bourgie at 1010 Shevchenko boulevard, Lasalle.
