WILLIAMS, Charles Ellis, died October 5, 2009. Born in Dehue, W.Va., he resided in Brandon, Fla. Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Sherry L. Williams; several children, including NorNa Sagraves, Ronald Barker and Charles E. Williams Jr.; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the treasures of his life. A celebration of his life will take place in Kentucky at a later date. "We will all miss his jokes and laughter."
