WILLIAMS, Charles E., 24, of Tampa, died July 6, 2005. Mr. Williams was a native of Fort Myers, Fla., and a resident of Tampa for 16 years. He was a member of Without Walls Inter- national Church, Hardy Nickerson's "Hardy Huddle" and Pastor Randy and Paula White's "Posse". Survivors include his parents, Rosemary Shippy (Dalbert) and Charles Jiles; Christian parents, Pastors Rob and Jennifer Mallan, and Steve Link; fiancee, Porscha Williams; children, Desha and Chamera Williams; six siblings; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, July 15, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave. The funeral service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, July 16, at Without Walls International Church, 2511 N.
