Survivors: two sons, Lancey Wiggins and Miguel Wiggins, both of Claxton; daughter, Angela Wiggins Prescott of Savannah; sister, Carolyn Stevens of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; brother, Hubert Wiggins of Ft.
