>MOREAU, Celine, of Tampa, died March 11, 2007. A native of Jeremie, Haiti, and a resident of Tampa for 25 years, she was a caring, loving and devoted mother and wife who will always be remembered as a faithful Christian woman, hardworking and always giving. Survivors include her children, Fanez Moise Moreau, Evelyne Moreau Jean Cesard, Valmont Moreau, Canez Moreau, Marie-Maude Moreau Francois, Marie Carmel Desriviere, Guerda Moreau Jean, Alourdes Moreau Latortue, Guerdy Moreau Leroy and Onel Moreau; 51 grand-children, 27 great grand-children; sister, Venette Fevrier; a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 17, at Center for Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Ave. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, March 16, at Ray Williams Funeral Home and the family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Ray Williams Funeral Home, (813) 253-3419
