HORNE, Cecile (née Minna)1922 - 2016It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cecile on May 22, 2016 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Clarence Horne. Loving mother of Diane (Yvon Charrier) and Larry (Gloria Bishop). Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey (Julie), Tanya (Phil), Lisa (Nicolo) and Jonathan (Katherine), and great-grandmother of Alexa, Lyanna, Mason, Sofia, Jackson and Milana. She will also be greatly missed by her sisters Vera and Patricia, and also many relatives and friends. Family will receive condolences at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 2A6, (514) 685-3344, on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 as of 10 a.m., followed by the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in her memory.
