August 22, 2004 Catherine R. Moore, beloved wife and mother, entered into eternal rest on August 22, 2004 while at her home in Fabius, NY where she was born. She had also lived in Mississippi, New Jersey, and Delmar, NY. Catherine is survived by her husband of 39 years, William L. Moore; and her children, William M., Ronnie McGarty, Merry Evans, Terry Calvelli, Jane Green, Eileen Moore, and Susan Damm. She is also survived by her brothers, George and Martin Stas and her sister, Dorothy Lamb; 17 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Catherine, known to her friends and family as Kate, was a communicant at Immaculate Conception Church in Pompey and active in the Fabius-Pompey Senior Citizens Group. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday August 31, 2004 at Immaculate Conception Church in Pompey. Burial will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday at the Tait Funeral Home, Inc., 2333 Fenner Road in Cazenovia. Donations can be made to Hospice of Central NY. Tait Funeral Home, Inc.
