WILSON, Catherine Mary Eileen Of St. Thomas, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, peacefully, in her eighty-seventh year. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Wilson (1984) and dearly loved mother of Grant and his wife Pat Wilson of St. Thomas and Neil and his wife Leila Wilson of Mississauga. Much loved grandmother of Jason (Krista Williams), Breanne, Crystal and Mitchell. Predeceased by a brother Larry Neill. Catherine was born in Montreal on October 17, 1924, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Margaret (Nixon) Neill. She was a member of St. Anne's Church and the Catholic Women's League. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas for visitation Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne's Church on Monday at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow, with interment of ashes to take place in Montreal. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Sunday at 4 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Catholic Women's League of St. Anne's Church.
