Catherine Lucile Heupel Davis, 80, passed away Friday, April 16, 2010, at her residence. She was a member of Mount Zion Church of Christ.Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 2010, at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2010, in Greenview Memorial Chapel, with burial following in Mount Zion Cemetery. Officiating will be Robert Huffaker.Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Lee Davis; daughters, Shirley Hampton, Brenda White; son, Ronnie Lee Davis; great-grandsons, Phillip Kyle McDonald, Christopher Dean; parents, Toney and Mary Ellen Heupel; brothers, William "Buddy" Heupel, Charles "Bud" Heupel; and sister, Elizabeth "Priss" Carter.She is survived by her sons, Louis L. Davis (Laura), of Central, Steven Davis (Tracey), of Cloverdale; daughters, Rita Bramlett (Mark), Sandra Futrell (Jimmy), Sondra Keeton (David), all of St. Florian, Janet Peden, of Florence; sister, Louise Purser, of St. Florian; special sister-in-law, Hattie Heupel, of St. Florian; 30 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great grandchildren.Pallbearers will be grandsons.A special thanks to Dr. Richard Cunningham, Dr. Edsel Holden and ECM ICU and the fifth-floor staff.Arrangements by Greenview Funeral Home.
