Carrie Louise Sandel Williams -Savannah- Carrie Louise Sandel Williams, 96, died Sunday April 29, 2007 at Savannah Square in Savannah, GA. Mrs. Williams was born in Orangeburg a daughter of the late Jacob Washington Sandel and Caroline Anna Fredreca Roessler Sandel. She attended Columbia College. She worked for Southern National Bank before becoming a homemaker. Mrs. Williams was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a member of Orangeburg Lutheran Church and member of the Daisy Wertz Circle. She was the widow of Jack R. Williams, Sr. Survivors: Son & daughter-in-law: J. Ronald Williams, Jr. (Jani), Summerville, SC;Daughter & son-in-law: Caroline W. Bridgers (Clarence), Savannah, GA; Son: L. Wayne Williams, Augusta, GA; five Grandchildren, nine Great Grandchildren; Sister: Mae Mildred Garrison, Anderson, SC. The Family will receive friends: 10:AM Thursday May 3, 2007 at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home. Funeral: 11:00 AM Thursday May 3rd at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Thompson officiating.
