Carolyn McSwain Johnson, of Panama City, passed this life on Nov. 15, 2013. Public visitation will begin on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013 at 3 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life service at 4 p.m. at Forest Park United Methodist Church at 1401 West 23rd St., in Panama City.Her husband Dr. Tommy Johnson, her son Jeffrey, her daughter Maelinda, and her grandson Kristian survive Carolyn. Her sister and brother-in-law Sylvia and Van Foster of Crestview, her brother and sister-in-law Bill and Lucille McSwain, of Fort Walton Beach, and her sister-in-law Juanita McSwain of Crestview, also survive Carolyn. Additionally, Carolyn had many nieces, nephews and cousins from throughout nation including Florida, Alabama, California, Arizona, and Virginia. Carolyn was a member of Forest Park United Methodist Church for over forty-five years as well as a long-time member of the Panama City Garden Club.In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Covenant Hospice of Panama City or Forest Park United Methodist Church.
