Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at Curtis and Son North Chapel for Carolyn Mae Johnson, 75, Sylacauga, who died Monday, Aug. 8, 2011, at her residence. The Rev. Wayne McDaniel will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Curtis and Son Funeral Home North Chapel will direct services.Survivors include daughters, Judy Gill and husband, Charles, Sylacauga, Gina Johnson Sisbarro, Chelsea; sons, Ronny Johnson and wife, Marie, Sylacauga, Johnny Johnson, Sylacauga; brothers, Sonny Clark, Albertville, Charlie Clark, Steele; sister, Betty Smith, Steele; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.Grandsons will be pallbearers.She was an active member of First Free Will Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Olin and Lovella Clark; brothers, Jerry, Robert, and Howard Clark; sisters, Mary B. Shields, Mable Elouise Cline; and two great-grandsons.
