She was a native of Toledo, Ohio and a long-time resident of Murfreesboro. Carolyn worked in the Customer Service Department at Wal-Mart.Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, William and Modeana Holden; brother, William Wayne Holden and granddaughter, Candace Carter. She is survived by her son, Richard A. Robinson of Murfreesboro; daughter, Angela Guist of Murfreesboro; brothers, Jerry Wesley Holden and Phillip Holden, both of Murfreesboro; sister, Betty Hugh of Murfreesboro; and grandchildren, Christopher Carter, Katlyn Robinson, Luke Robinson, Madison Neal and Haley Robinson.Chapel Service will be Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 2 p.m., with Pastor Rodney Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, with friends and family serving as Pallbearers.Visitation with the family will be Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 3-7 p.m., and Sunday, May 11th, 12:30-2 p.m., at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home, 820 South Church St., Murfreesboro, TN 37130; (615) 893-2422.
