Carolyn A. Johnson, 57, of Louisville, passed away Sunday at Hospice and Palliative Care of Louisville's inpatient unit at Norton Healthcare Pavilion. She was retired from Bank One. She is survived by her son, John C. Johnson; four sisters, Vera Johnson, Geraldine Adams, Sandra Graham and Sheila Graham; two brothers, Winston and Larry Graham; and six grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at George R. Mason Sr. Funeral Home, with burial in Louisville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
