Caroline Kelly-Gomersall, 78, died June 18, 2012. She was born in Detroit and lived in Vero Beach since 1976, coming from Boca Raton. She attended Redford High School in Detroit and studied at the University of Miami and Indian River State College. Survivors include her sons, Brian Kelly of Port St. Lucie and William C. Kelly and Russ Kelly, both of Vero Beach; stepchildren, Chris Gomersall of Fort Worth, Texas, Elizabeth Ann Bumgarner of Mocksville, N.C., William Dean Gomersall of Dana Point, Calif., and Andrew Gomersall of Kissimmee; sisters; Betty Zimmermann of Johns Island, S.C., and Barbara Jawor of Farmington Hills, Mich.; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands; William C. Kelly III and Edward J. Gomersall; and brother, William Anklam. Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County, P.O. Box 644, Vero Beach, FL 32961-0644. Services: A memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. July 10 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home, Vero Beach. Arrangements were by Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach.
