CORBETT, Carole Anne MaryAugust 17, 1945 – March 17, 2015Carole Anne Corbett, loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother to be and friend passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in Peterborough, Ontario. Carole is survived by her husband of 49 years and 8 months Larry, children Todd, (Erin) and Monica (Jon Staines) and her grandchildren Jill and Ryan Staines. She will be lovingly remembered by her sisters Joanne Nixon (Gordie) of Omeemee, Donna Foss (Brian) of Peterborough, Wendy Larkin (Ross) of Calgary and her brother Ronnie Pollock (Eileen) of North Carolina along with many other family and friends in Calgary, Montreal, Ontario and Arizona. Carole was predeceased by her brother John Pollock of Airdrie. There will be a Memorial Service in Calgary to remember Carole's life at MCINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North) on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Reception at Thorncliffe Greenview Community Association (Main Hall, 5600 Centre Street North) Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In living memory of Carole, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park. In lieu of flowers, friends and family are invited to make memorial donations to Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit.
