RAWSON-MITCHELL, CAROL With great sadness, we announce the passing of Carol on Monday, December 29, 2008, a beautiful lady with a fierce spirit and a huge heart. She was a magnificent wife, family member, mother and friend. Carol passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends at the Carp Ridge Healing House. Loving wife of Edgar and dear mother of Adam. Cherished daughter of Fran and Bill Rawson and granddaughter of Vi Buchner. Carol was a much loved sister of Linda, Jim, Sue, Sandy, Bill, Doug, Bev, Jeff and Dave. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod St. 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Thursday, January 1, 2009. A Funeral Service to celebrate Carol's life will be held in the Chapel on Friday, January 2, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Carp Ridge Healing House, 2386 Thomas Dolan Parkway, Carp ON K0A 1L0 or the charity of their choice.
