DUNN Carol Jean Montgomery Dunn, age 57, a resident of Bridgeport for more than 17 years and a former resident of Stamford, died on Friday, January 17, 2003, at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Bridgeport. She was born in Stamford, on June 19, 1945, daughter of the late Robert Lee Montgomery and Doris DePina Montgomery of Bridgeport. Ms. Dunn was employed at Omega Engineering in Springdale and was a child care provider. She was a member of Bethel AME Church in Bridgeport. In addition to her mother, other survivors include two sons, Philip Darrow Dunn and Michael Dunn, both of Bridgeport; one daughter, Carol Fraiser of New Rochelle; one brother, Robert Ramos of West Haven; one sister, Angelina Reynolds of Pleasantville, N.J.; seven grandchildren; two nephews; one niece; and a host of cousins. She was predeceased by one brother, Donald Montgomery. Calling hours are on Wednesday, January 22, 2003, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Bethel AME Church, 110 Grove Street, Bridgeport. Funeral service at 11 a.m. in the church. Burial to follow at Woodland Cemetery in Stamford. The Downer Funeral Home Inc., 31 Stillwater Avenue, Stamford, is in charge of arrangements.
