Carol Ann Cox, 62, Port Charlotte, died June 13, 2004. She was born July 10, 1941, in New York City, and moved with her family to Crystal Lake, Ill., in 1976, living there until 1991. After a few years, she moved to Port Charlotte in 1996. After many years in the medical field, she became a realtor and a member of the Realty Association of America in 1999. Survivors include daughters Debbie Ogilvie of Libertyville, Ill., and Donna Clasen of Crystal Lake, Ill.; a son, Thomas of Tucson, Ariz.; and five grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. today at Elks Lodge 2153 in Port Charlotte. I.C.S. Cremation Society Inc. of Harbour Heights is in charge.
