JACKSON, Carlos Elaine 62, of St. Petersburg died Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, at her residence. Born in St. Petersburg, she was a graduate of Gibbs High School class of 1964. She was a secretary with St. Petersburg College. She was a member of McCade United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Clinton Jackson; one son, Michael Warren of Tampa; two brothers, Carlton Payne of Blythewood, SC & Donald Harris; one sister, Theola Payne Ladson, both of St. Petersburg; 2 grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 20, 11 am at First Baptist Institutional Church. Visitation Friday, Dec. 19, 2008, 3-8 pm. Family will receive friends 7-8 pm at the funeral home chapel. "A McRae Service"
