He was born in Norwich April 2, 1989 the beloved and adored son of Frederick Carl Armstrong of Norwich and Melanie Mueller of Moosup. Besides his parents Carl is survived by two sisters Mariah Drescher of Norwich and Makenna Mueller of Moosup, his maternal grandmother Alice Reynolds of Mansfield, his maternal grandfather's wife Joan Ryan of Hanover, uncle Ronnie Ryan of Ballouville, aunts Amy Brewer of Norwich and Hally Paul of Hanover, paternal grandfather Frederick Armstrong, Jr. of Preston, paternal grandmother Audrey Hatcher and her husband Grover of Sturbridge, MA, aunt Kathy Crouch and her husband Jeffrey of Montville, aunt Roxanne Romano and her husband John of Shrewsbury, MA, and cousins Andrew Crouch, and Matthew and Christopher Romano.
