LEE, Cameron Lyle (Cam)May 19, 1929 - February 3, 2017Cam passed away peacefully, on February 3, 2017 in Calgary at the age of 87 years. He was predeceased by his wife Patricia. Cam was an amazing husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. His family is deeply saddened by his sudden passing. Cam is survived by his son, Warren (Lori Andrew); daughter, Maureen (John) Romney; grandchildren Matthew (Christina), Deanna (Paul), Douglas (Holly), Malcolm (Jillian) and Alexander (Kim); great-grandchildren Trey, Madison and Max; brothers, Roger (Vivian) and Gary (Carol); Larry Ruskin; and many other extended relatives and close friends. Cam was born in Minnesota and moved with his family to Valhalla Centre, Alberta when he was only two months old. Cam graduated from the University of Alberta as a Geologist where he met Patricia Wright. They married on August 14, 1954 and spent 58 years together until Patricia''s passing in 2012. Cam worked as a geologist in the oil and gas industry in Calgary for the majority of his career spending most of his time at Petrofina, which eventually was acquired by Petro- Canada. Cam was an extremely active individual who had a passion for golf, hunting, fishing, playing cards and gardening. He was an avid volunteer and actively involved in the community. A Celebration of Cam''s Life will take place at Valleyview Community Church, (7655 - 26 Avenue S.W., Calgary, AB) on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
