CARTER, CALLIE BELL, 84, passed away January 16, 2012. She was a member of New Zion Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Shelia (Doneil) Caffey of Cincinnati, Ohio; five sons, Leonard Churn, Richard (Diane) Carter, Dannie Carter, Gary Carter, and Kenneth (Tina) Carter; sister, Susie Mae McCoy (Lacrosse, WI); brother, Willie Velton Churn; 20 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Saturday followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. at her church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive, with interment in Highland Memory Gardens.
