GOODWIN, CYNTHEA DORIS "DOT" went home to be with Jesus Monday, August 12, 2013. She was 63 years young. Dot drove a special needs school bus from 1989 until 2010, for the Tuscaloosa County Board of Education. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Evelyn Cargile; brothers, Tommy (Betty Sue), Charles (Jean), and Dennis Cargile; and one sister, Betty Carroll. She is survived by her husband, Dale Goodwin; daughters, Joy Gibson (Chris), and Mandi Meadows (Bryan); her grandchildren, Gunner, Raven, and Robin Bain, Taylor Watson, Cire and Austin Gibson and Aleisha Meadows; one sister, Janice Smith (Cecil); also a host of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Davis Creek Cemetery.
