Charles Wesley Humphrey, 85, died June 21, 2012, at home. He was born in Tarentum, Pa., and lived in Florida since 1957. He was an insurance and real estate agent for many years and co-owner with his son, David, of Alpha Hardware in Sebastian. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a graduate of University of Pittsburgh. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Joan Humphrey of Micco; sons, Mark Humphrey of Port St. Lucie and Scott Humphrey of Tavares; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, David A. Humphrey. Memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice, 4450 W. Eau Gallie Blvd., Suite 250, Melbourne, FL 32934.
