Carol "Jo-Ann" Miller, nee Peacock of Port Washington, NY, formerly of Peekskill, passed away on July 15, 2009 after a long battle with Cancer. She was 72 years old. A homemaker, Jo-Ann was born on June 22, 1937 in Peekskill to Charles and Roberta Cronin Peacock. Jo-Ann graduated from Peekskill High School, class of 1955 and at that time was "Miss Peekskill". She is survived by her loving daughter Daria Hoffman and her husband Dr. Charles Hoffman of Port Washington, NY, two loving granddaughters, Lauren and Samantha Hoffman and her former husband Philip Miller of Peekskill. Also surviving is her Aunt, Sally Peacock of Mahopac. Visitation will be held today, Friday 10:00am to 11:30am at the JOSEPH F. NARDONE FUNERAL HOME, Peekskill, NY.
