BRENDA MARIE MILLER HOBART, IN Brenda Marie Miller, age 24, of Hobart, IN, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2008 following a long illness. Brenda was born February 12, 1983 to Ronald and Sharon Miller of Hobart, IN, who survive, along with her best buddy and big brother, Richard. Brenda also leaves to cherish her memory her maternal grandmother, Juanita Dunn of Merrillville; her paternal grandparents: Ivan and Georgia Miller; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by her brother, Brad Allen; sister, Lisa Marie; and Grandpa Dunn. Brenda, defying all odds, so proudly graduated in 2002 from Northwest Indiana Special Education Co-op in Crown Point, IN. In her brief life, Brenda touched and inspired so many lives. Her kisses brightened so many days and her infectious smile melted so many hearts. She will be greatly missed by each and every person who ever had the pleasure of knowing her. Funeral services for Brenda will be held Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th Street, Hobart, IN. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Services will terminate at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family are preferred.
