ANDERSON, Brenda Kathleen (nee Oswald)December 29, 1960 - March 30, 2010It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Brenda Anderson who died March 30, 2010, after a courageous 3 year battle with ovarian cancer. Brenda was the cherished daughter of Alice and Cliff Oswald, and the beloved sister of Jim and Gary. Brenda was born and raised in Burnaby BC where she met her husband Les (married 29 years). While raising their three children Amber (Clay), Kim (Matt) and Chris; Brenda managed to get her nursing degree and eventually her BScN and GNC. Brenda was a beautiful fun loving person who sparkled at family gatherings; she took great pride in being a Nana to Emma and Elise. Brenda was a (Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Aunt, Nana and Friend). She will be remembered for her cherished smile, comforting embrace, her loving kindness and generous spirit. Brenda shared the honour of a tremendous friend Sharon who was always at her side. You will be in our hearts forever.
