COX, BRENDA GAIL (HUESTON), 59, of Louisville, passed away at her home, Wednesday morning, May 11, 2011. She was a former employee of Bank of America. She attended Calvary Apostolic Church and was a graduate of Valley High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Cox; and granddaughter, Shelby Carpenter. She is survived by her daughters, Tonya Thornton (Thomas) and Stephanie Naylor (D.J.); parents, Forrest and Marguerite Hueston; brother, Steve Hueston (Gina); sisters, Kathy Elmore (Billy) and Pam McCreary (Bill); seven grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Her service will be noon on Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. on Friday.
