She was of the Church of God Faith.Survivors include her husband, Keith Barker of the home; daughter, Mrs. Sherri B. McManis of Six Mile along with her husband Scott and two grandsons who were the loves of her life, Tyler McManis and Kyle McManis. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Joe (Vivian) Gilliand of Easley and Mrs. Ray Don (Rita) Bryant of Six Mile, two brothers, the Reverend James Duncan of Greenwood and the Reverend Bobby Duncan of Six Mile.Brenda was preceded in death by a sister Eleanor June Duncan, and a brother Marvin Robert Duncan.Graveside services will be conducted 3 PM Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.
