LYONS, BONNIE RAY, 82, of Louisville, passed away Friday, April 23, 2010 at her residence. She was a former artist, homemaker, former member of the Pallate Club and singer for the U.S.O. Preceding her in death were her parents, Chester and Catherine Cundiff; her husband, Glenwood "Skip" Lyons; a sister, Mary Catherine Dunlap and a grandson, Brandon Ray Tong. Survivors include her children, Terral L. Lyons (Patricia), Glenn Lee Lyons (Teresa) and Jana Ray Tong (Chuck); as well as eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 26, 2010 at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road, with burial to follow in Pennsylvania Run Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hosparus of Louisville or Brandon Ray Tong Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of the Community Foundation of Louisville.
