-> Orangeburg, SC - Blanche Carson Perry, 101, died Monday, January 10, 2005 at Methodist Oaks in Orangeburg, SC. Mrs. Perry was the widow of the late Bryan Jaudon Perry. She was born on April 24, 1903 in Athens, GA., to the late Joseph Leon Carson and Effie Mathews Carson. Mrs. Perry was a homemaker, a Sinclair Oil Jobber, a school teacher at Ridgeland Elementary school, an employee of Perry's Grocery on Main Street in Ridgeland, SC., and a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher. She was also a former member of the Order of The Easter Star, and an active supporter of the Girl Scouts. She is survived by her three children, Caroline P. Bell of West Columbia, SC, Bryan J. Perry, II of Greenville, SC, and Albert T. Perry of St. Louis, MO. She leaves six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at Sauls Fu neral Home Chapel, Ridgeland, SC with visitation from 1:30 p.m. until time of service.
