She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Brown. She is survived by her son, Ken Brown and his wife, Jane; daughter, Jeanette Holland and her husband, James; daughter, Elizabeth Caravella; grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer, Amanda, Eric, Tony, Mikey and Terry; great granddaughter, Riley. She was a member of Seminole Heights United Methodist Church and a graduate of Hillsborough High School of 1951. She worked for Sears Roebuck and retired from U Save supermarket . The family will receive friends on Friday, May 25, 2012 from 6-8pm at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, Fl. Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 11am at Seminole Heights United Methodist Church, 6111 North Central Avenue, Tampa, Fl. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to LifePath Hospice 3010 W. Azeele Avenue, Tampa, Fl. 33609 in her memory.
