SMITH, Betty Permelia Isle Born June 18, 1930 in Star City, Saskatchewan, peacefully passed away in the early hours of December 23, 2009 in Mission. Predeceased by husband James Alfred Joseph Smith; Betty is survived by sons Dale (Janie) and Doug (Vicky); grandchildren Carla, Clayton, Karen, Bradley, Alicia and Selena; great-grandchildren Justin and Summer; brother Clarence; sisters Mickey and Emily; children by choice Penny Meyers and Peggy Smith as well as many extended family members and dear friends. Betty was always shining in the company of her precious family and cherished friends. She will be missed and forever loved by all who knew her. A public visitation will be held at Personal Alternative Funeral Services 3070 - 275A Street in Aldergrove on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 1:00 pm with a Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 pm.
