Betty Louise Bragg Simmons - HARDEEVILLE, SC - Betty Louise Bragg Simmons, 63, widow of George W. (Tunch) Simmons, Jr. died Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at her home in Hardeeville, SC. She was born in Sylvania, GA on October 9, 1944. She was the daughter of the late George W. and Virginia Huthison Bragg. She was a member of Life Spring Penecostal Holiness Church of Pooler, GA. She was a homemaker and a loving mother who touched many lives and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her son, James E. Simmons, Sr. of Hardeeville, SC; two daughters, Sherry (Tony) Brabham and Tonya Benton of Hardeeville, SC; one brother, Carson Bragg of Jacksonville, SC; one sister, Eloise Woods of Rincon, GA and twelve grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband William (Willie) Roland Simmons, Sr. and husband George W. (Tunch) Simmons, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Sauls Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, SC with burial in St. Lukes Cemetery in Okatie, SC.
